        我國的(de)電(dian)動(dong)機(ji)(ji)保護裝置大約經歷了全(quan)面仿蘇、自行設計、更新換代、智能化發(fa)展(zhan)等幾個階段。值得(de)(de)一提的(de)是由于近(jin)年來微處理(li)器(qi)(qi)技術的(de)發(fa)展(zhan),給電(dian)動(dong)機(ji)(ji)保護器(qi)(qi)向智能化、多功能化方向發(fa)展(zhan)提供了硬(ying)件(jian)平臺,使得(de)(de)電(dian)機(ji)(ji)保護進入了一個飛速發(fa)展(zhan)的(de)階段。如下圖

        (一)熱繼(ji)電(dian)器、熔斷器和電(dian)磁式電(dian)流繼(ji)電(dian)器

        ;在(zai)(zai)建(jian)國初期,我(wo)們(men)引進了(le)蘇聯(lian)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)JR系(xi)列熱繼電(dian)器,從而開始了(le)其(qi)(qi)在(zai)(zai)中國電(dian)機保(bao)護(hu)行(xing)業中長達半個世紀的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)生(sheng)涯,直到(dao)(dao)1996年國家(jia)八部(bu)委聯(lian)合發文強(qiang)制將(jiang)其(qi)(qi)淘(tao)汰。熱繼電(dian)器在(zai)(zai)電(dian)子業尚(shang)不發達的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)時(shi)(shi)代曾是(shi)電(dian)機過(guo)(guo)載保(bao)護(hu)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)首(shou)選產品,它(ta)是(shi)利用雙金屬片熱效應工作(zuo)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de),雙金屬片是(shi)由不同膨脹(zhang)系(xi)數(shu)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)兩片金屬鉚合而成,當(dang)電(dian)流(liu)(liu)通過(guo)(guo)時(shi)(shi)它(ta)將(jiang)產生(sheng)熱量(liang),并(bing)向膨脹(zhang)系(xi)數(shu)小的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)一(yi)邊彎曲,電(dian)流(liu)(liu)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)大小和彎曲的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)程(cheng)度成正比,當(dang)電(dian)流(liu)(liu)超過(guo)(guo)熱繼電(dian)器整(zheng)定(ding)(ding)電(dian)流(liu)(liu)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)一(yi)定(ding)(ding)倍數(shu)時(shi)(shi)就(jiu)會啟動其(qi)(qi)中的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)脫(tuo)扣(kou)裝置(zhi)從而切斷主回路達到(dao)(dao)保(bao)護(hu)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)目的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)。但(dan)熱繼電(dian)器存在(zai)(zai)致命的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)缺(que)陷,包括(kuo)整(zheng)定(ding)(ding)粗糙(cao)、受環境(jing)影響(xiang)大、重復性差(cha)、誤(wu)差(cha)大及功能單(dan)一(yi)等(deng),已無(wu)法滿(man)足越(yue)來越(yue)高的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)要求,因而也就(jiu)無(wu)法避免被淘(tao)汰的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)命運(yun)。

        很多人把熔斷器作(zuo)為(wei)電(dian)機(ji)的過載保護(hu),其實這是一種不(bu)科學的做法。因(yin)為(wei)首先(xian)受其規(gui)(gui)格限制無(wu)法按電(dian)機(ji)額定電(dian)流(liu)進行(xing)準(zhun)確設定,況(kuang)且如果熔斷器規(gui)(gui)格選得(de)太(tai)小容易造(zao)成斷路,使(shi)電(dian)機(ji)單相運行(xing),如果熔斷器規(gui)(gui)格選得(de)太(tai)大,則達(da)不(bu)到(dao)過載保護(hu)的效果。

        電(dian)磁式電(dian)流繼電(dian)器具有過載、堵轉保(bao)護(hu)功(gong)能(neng),有的還有缺相保(bao)護(hu),其過載保(bao)護(hu)具有反時限特性,但其結構復雜,機械制(zhi)造精度高(gao),價格高(gao)且體積龐(pang)大,因而目前已被基本淘汰(tai)。

        (二)模擬(ni)電(dian)子式(shi)電(dian)動機保(bao)護器(電(dian)機保(bao)護器)

        在上個世紀(ji)七八十年代(dai),隨著半導體模(mo)擬器(qi)件的(de)(de)(de)興起(qi)及普及,涌現出了一批性能(neng)比較(jiao)可靠(kao)(kao)、功(gong)能(neng)多(duo)樣(yang)化的(de)(de)(de)電子式(shi)電動機保護(hu)器(qi)(電機保護(hu)器(qi)),為電機的(de)(de)(de)可靠(kao)(kao)運(yun)行提供了較(jiao)可靠(kao)(kao)的(de)(de)(de)保障,其中(zhong)得到公眾認可且具有自己品(pin)(pin)牌特色的(de)(de)(de)以韓國三和技研(yan)株式(shi)會社的(de)(de)(de)產(chan)品(pin)(pin)為代(dai)表,在國內市場(chang)具有一定影響,他們的(de)(de)(de)產(chan)品(pin)(pin)品(pin)(pin)種多(duo)樣(yang),規(gui)格齊全(quan),主要功(gong)能(neng)包括(kuo):缺相,過載,欠流,相失(shi)衡(heng),相序(xu),接地,短路,過欠壓,電流顯示,聲(sheng)光報(bao)警及變送輸出等(deng),但這類產(chan)品(pin)(pin)仍(reng)存在一些(xie)無法(fa)克(ke)服的(de)(de)(de)缺陷,包括(kuo)如下幾個方面(mian):

        1.整(zheng)定精度(du)不高,模擬(ni)電(dian)子(zi)式(shi)電(dian)動機保(bao)護器(電(dian)機保(bao)護器)均采用電(dian)位器進行額定電(dian)流的(de)整(zheng)定,然而要使電(dian)位器滑動臂(bei)的(de)旋轉(zhuan)角度(du)與其阻值(zhi)成較好(hao)的(de)線形(xing)關系比(bi)較困難,特(te)(te)別是(shi)在大批量生(sheng)產(chan)中更是(shi)難以做到,另外,操作(zuo)者的(de)整(zheng)定誤(wu)差也是(shi)難以避(bi)免的(de),特(te)(te)別是(shi)對于那些沒有設定值(zhi)顯示的(de)產(chan)品。

        2.采(cai)樣(yang)精(jing)度不高,模(mo)擬(ni)線(xian)路(lu)對電(dian)(dian)流(liu)互感(gan)(gan)(gan)器(qi)的非(fei)(fei)(fei)線(xian)性(xing)(xing)(xing)問題(ti)束手無策,即使可以校(xiao)正也會(hui)使線(xian)路(lu)變得非(fei)(fei)(fei)常(chang)(chang)復雜,甚至無法實際使用(yong),因而大(da)部分廠家只好將非(fei)(fei)(fei)線(xian)性(xing)(xing)(xing)問題(ti)依賴于(yu)提高電(dian)(dian)流(liu)互感(gan)(gan)(gan)器(qi)的線(xian)性(xing)(xing)(xing),而實際上要想由(you)矽鋼片做成的電(dian)(dian)流(liu)互感(gan)(gan)(gan)器(qi)在很(hen)寬的范(fan)圍內保(bao)持(chi)線(xian)性(xing)(xing)(xing)是非(fei)(fei)(fei)常(chang)(chang)困(kun)難的,行內人士(shi)知道用(yong)于(yu)電(dian)(dian)動(dong)機保(bao)護(hu)器(qi)(電(dian)(dian)機保(bao)護(hu)器(qi))采(cai)樣(yang)的電(dian)(dian)流(liu)互感(gan)(gan)(gan)器(qi)需考(kao)慮的最大(da)使用(yong)范(fan)圍至少為被保(bao)護(hu)電(dian)(dian)機額定(ding)電(dian)(dian)流(liu)的7倍,因為電(dian)(dian)動(dong)機在堵轉情況下(xia)會(hui)達到5-7倍的額定(ding)電(dian)(dian)流(liu);另外,采(cai)樣(yang)線(xian)路(lu)本身也存在非(fei)(fei)(fei)線(xian)性(xing)(xing)(xing)問題(ti)。基(ji)于(yu)這(zhe)些技術難題(ti),要實現高精(jing)度的采(cai)樣(yang)自然就(jiu)成了一句空話。

        3.無法實現具有多種保(bao)(bao)護(hu)功能(neng)于一體的(de)全(quan)保(bao)(bao)護(hu),隨著社(she)會的(de)發(fa)展,人們對電(dian)(dian)機保(bao)(bao)護(hu)的(de)要求也越來越高,希望電(dian)(dian)動機保(bao)(bao)護(hu)器(電(dian)(dian)機保(bao)(bao)護(hu)器)的(de)功能(neng)多樣化,性能(neng)可(ke)靠,接線(xian)簡單,界面(mian)直(zhi)觀且體積(ji)要小,這些(xie)都是純粹(cui)的(de)模擬線(xian)路根(gen)本無法實現的(de)。
